About Me
I am a Gloucester Massachusetts native and in 2019 I began my artistic journey working as an apprentice under Jose Chora, from Chora Leone in New Jersey. Working with him opened my mind to the whole creative world of metal art. I was fascinated by the way he could bring an idea to life and that being a full time artist was a possibility.
I eventually moved back to Gloucester and started working for Chris Williams in Essex for the next four years. Seeing how he formed metal in a more hands on way, with hammers or homemade tools, made me realize there was no limit in the ways artists can create. While being there, I especially enjoyed working on animal sculptures. The in depth studying and appreciation of each animal stuck with me.
I have now been working with metal art for seven years and the last year and a half I ventured out on my own. I am excited to have a platform to share my first full sized sculpture and there will be plenty more to come.
